She started where leadership is hardest: a room full of people who haven't decided to trust you yet. Over a decade of teaching sharpened her ability to build rapport fast and create focus under pressure. An Administration Masters and advanced leadership credentials took her into coaching and the Leadership Inheritance System™ was born from everything she learned on the way up.
